PER OUR INSURANCE CARRIER THERE ARE NEW SIGN IN PROCEDURES

 RACERS, EMPLOYEES, PUSH TRUCK DRIVERS AND PIT CREW:

 Each person will need to sign and print his or her name (twice) on an individual sheet. See Sample below.

 Minors ages 12 -17 will still use the long sign in sheet form but before they can sign in they will need to have a Minor Release Form signed by both parents.  If both parents are not at the track the first time the minor was to enter the one parent can sign and take the form along home to have the remaining parent sign.  If the form is taken home it will need to be notarized.  If the minor shows up a second week without both parents signature on file they will not be allowed in the pits. If you would like a Parental Consent Form mailed to you, please contact the fair office.
